Section 1

Age Limit & Personal Eligibility

To use qq77's services, you must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older. Anyone below this age is strictly prohibited from registering an account or participating in any games.

The following individuals may not create an account or use services on qq77:

• Anyone under the age of 21.
• Anyone who already has an active account (multiple accounts are prohibited).
• Anyone who has voluntarily registered for self-exclusion.
• qq77 employees, their family members, or representatives of affiliated organizations.
• Anyone using artificial intelligence, bots, or any automated method to access the services.

Identity Verification

qq77 reserves the right to verify members' identity, age, and address at any time. You may be asked to submit required documents (a copy of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued ID). Withdrawal processing may be put on hold until verification is complete.

Section 2

Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Your name, date of birth, phone number, and contact address must always be truthful. If any of your details change, please contact the support team as soon as possible.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Never allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at [email protected].

One Account Per Person

Each individual may operate only one account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts from the same person, household, residential address, device, or payment method will result in those accounts being closed, and any associated bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

Accepted Payment Methods

qq77 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. No payment methods other than these four are currently supported.

Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳300 (three hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka).

Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed or if unusual activity is detected.

Use of Deposited Funds

• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming activities.
• Any deposit cannot be withdrawn directly until wagering requirements have been met (where applicable).
• Using qq77 for money laundering or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

Section 4

Welcome Bonus

New members at qq77 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳12,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 and your total balance will be ৳17,000.

Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. This requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not to the deposit amount. Example: wagering for a ৳1,000 bonus = ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000. This means a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus can only be claimed once per member. A bonus cannot be claimed more than once from the same household or device.
• The bonus will be forfeited if suspicious or abusive activity is detected in connection with it.
• qq77 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• The wagering contribution for bets placed on certain games may vary — this will be stated in the promotion details.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before wagering is complete.

Game Integrity & Fair Play

All games offered on qq77 are operated by established game providers who use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair gaming. It is entirely impossible to influence game outcomes.

VIP Program

qq77 has three VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is provided at each level:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Based on your regular gaming activity, you may be promoted to a higher level. VIP benefits are subject to change at any time and apply at qq77's discretion.

Sports Betting Guidelines

Please keep the following in mind when participating in sports betting:

• Each bet will be settled according to the designated rules.
• Bets placed due to incorrect odds or technical issues may be cancelled.
• Related bets on the same event may not be accepted as a parlay or combo.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qq77 platform:

Technical Abuse

• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Attempting to hack or intrude into the game system.
• Intentionally identifying and exploiting game errors or bugs.
• Using a VPN or proxy to access the platform from a restricted region.

Financial Abuse

• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Chargeback fraud or deceiving the payment system.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system.

Community Violations

• Harassing or attempting to defraud other members.
• Providing false information to mislead the support team.
• Impersonating qq77 or its partners.

Member's Request to Close Account

Inactive Account Policy

Specific policies may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. An account maintenance fee may be deducted due to inactivity. Contact our support team for more details.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

qq77 accepts no liability in the following cases:

• If a game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• Losses arising from issues with your device or software.
• Losses arising from technical issues with third-party game providers.
• Unforeseen events (natural disasters, network outages, etc.).

Our total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the total amount deposited in your account.

Severability

If any part of these terms and conditions is declared illegal, invalid or unenforceable by any court or authority, only that part will be void — the remaining terms and conditions will remain fully in effect.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between qq77 and the member. Any prior oral or written representations made before this agreement are replaced by this document.

Language

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali. If a translation in any other language is available, the Bengali version shall be considered final and legally binding.
